We hope you love everything you purchase from Maddie Jade & Co.! If something doesn't work out, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit on eligible items.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Exchange & Store Credit
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
All items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or other odors
In original condition with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Sale/clearance items, jewelry, accessories, undergarments, bodysuits, and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount.
Mobile Boutique Purchases
Items purchased from our mobile boutique may also be exchanged or returned for store credit according to the policy above. 🎀
